TALENTED FRIENDS HOME FOR SINGERS' HOLIDAY CONCERT
Carols With Brass, the Singers' opening concert, will surely get Peterborough in the Christmas spirit this Saturday (November 27). And the choir has invited many friends, old and new, home for the holidays to add to the festivities. Discover all the treats in store when Peterborough’s own 100-voice choir welcomes guest artists and audience members to sing a wonderful variety of seasonal favourites. |

THE MONDAY OR TUESDAY MESSIAH: HOW ABOUT BOTH?
Decisions, decisions! Artistic Director Syd Birrell sure knows how to choose great soloists for the Singers' two performances of Handel's Messiah -- making it that much more difficult to pick which night to attend. As if anyone needs another tough choice to make during the holiday season! Luckily, with the lineup of these two concerts, there are no wrong choices here. |

CONDUCTOR'S CIRCLE IS FILLING UP!
Last season, Artistic Director Syd Birrell invited friends of the Singers to join a new group of supporters -- the Conductor's Circle. Members of the Circle sponsor a concert or a guest soloist or musician, thereby helping the choir bring renowned artists and emerging performers to town. It's only a year later and, thanks to the generosity of the Peterborough community, the Conductor's Circle program is a huge success. |
