Membership in the Peterborough Singers is open to all members of the community by audition. Each May current members of the choir are re-auditioned for membership the following season.

The Peterborough Singers always welcomes new singers who:

  • have the ability to read music;*
  • have a voice that blends; and
  • can commit to rehearsals (Wednesday evenings), concerts, and note learning at home, from September to May.

*Note that if you cannot read music or your sight reading is marginal, you are welcome to take one of our sight-singing classes so that you have the tools to audition successfully.
